The Guidance Department, beginning with freshman admission, offers continuous support and guidance to all students. Some of the areas in which the guidance counselors aid the students are:

PROGRAM OF STUDIES

The program of studies at
Tuscaloosa County High School is consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the Tuscaloosa County School System. A very definite attempt is made to provide courses which meet the needs and interests of all students. Since 60 - 65 percent of Tuscaloosa County High School graduates pursue a college education, we do offer college preparatory courses.
